The new building delivers a range of contemporary classrooms, breakout spaces, and a multi-purpose hall to support flexible learning, collaborative working, and future curriculum needs. It is a key part of the College’s strategy to enhance the student experience and provide a modern, inclusive learning environment.
A phased approach to occupation is now underway, with teaching already taking place. The College anticipates full utilisation of the new facility within the next two weeks.
Cliftons Projects acted as Project Manager, Planning Consultant, Contracts Administrator, and Cost Consultant for the scheme, providing a full suite of services from project inception through to handover.
This is the third successful project we’ve delivered for Itchen College, and we are proud to continue supporting them in delivering high-quality, future-ready facilities for students and staff.
