Nyetimber
New Pressing Centre, West Sussex
Cliftons Projects has been appointed to provide Project Management and Cost Consultancy services for a new pressing centre. The project brings together the building design, infrastructure and specialist production equipment from overseas suppliers, with construction and installation coordinated around Nyetimber's harvest programme.
Cliftons Projects managed the conversion of storage space into a manufacturing facility for a global personal-care products provider. The project included structural alterations, specialist building services and manufacturing equipment procured from Italy. The works were phased within a live factory to protect ongoing production and coordinate the building works with equipment delivery and installation.
Cliftons Projects provided Contract Administration, Cost Consultancy and Client CDM Adviser services for new-build and refurbished packaging facilities at Vitacress Salads' Andover site. The work required close coordination with an active food-production environment and the client's operational and hygiene requirements.
At Twinings' live manufacturing campus in Andover, Cliftons Projects provided Project Management and Cost Consultancy for the approximately £1.2 million recladding of the Coffee Tower. The work was carefully phased to maintain operational access, protect stored products and coordinate construction safely within the active site.
