Cliftons Projects acted as Project Manager, Cost Consultant and Contract Administrator for the charity's relocation to a 15,000 sq ft London office. We managed procurement, contract negotiations, cost control and delivery of a welcoming and collaborative workplace. The £1.4 million fit-out was completed on time and within budget.
As Client Representative, Cliftons Projects oversaw the extension and fit-out of a live data centre, including the repurposing of an unused data hall and the provision of accommodation for advanced cooling systems. The project balanced resilience, sustainability, acoustic performance, capital cost and operational continuity and was delivered on time and within budget.
Cliftons Projects provided Project Management and Contract Administration for the external restoration of an eighteenth-century Grade II listed building in operational use. Working with conservation stakeholders, we coordinated consent, temporary weather protection, lime render repairs, parapet works, specialist decoration and leadwork while minimising disruption to occupants.
Cliftons Projects managed the fast-track conversion of approximately 700 sq m of office space into a fully operational consulate. Our role included Project Management, Employer's Agent services, Cost Consultancy, planning and coordination of the licence to alter. A two-stage Design and Build procurement route was used to meet the client's security, operational and occupation requirements.
