The project will support Nyetimber’s continued growth, delivering a specialist production facility incorporating both existing and new pressing equipment, alongside the associated building, infrastructure and services works.
This appointment further strengthens Cliftons Projects experience across specialist production and operational environments, adding to a client portfolio that includes Estée Lauder, Vitacress and Twinings.
Cliftons Projects will lead and coordinate the project from design through to completion, working with Nyetimber, its architect, consultant team and specialist French equipment suppliers. This includes coordination of equipment currently installed at another Nyetimber facility, alongside new equipment being procured for the scheme.
Our appointment includes:
- CDM advice and coordination, including support in relation to client duties and principal designer requirements
- Coordination with specialist pressing-equipment suppliers
- Construction-stage reporting, change control and handover support
