Acting in our primary roles of Project Management, Cost Consultancy and Contract Administration, we continue to support the college in bringing forward important development projects that enhance its estate and learning environment.
We originally secured planning consent for this scheme three years ago and, subject to a successful Department for Education funding application, we are now looking forward to helping progress the project towards delivery.
Discussions are currently underway regarding a potential two-phase approach, with Phase 1 expected to commence during the summer closure in 2026. This phased strategy would enable early works to move forward while helping to minimise disruption to students, staff and the day-to-day operation of the college.
