Currently, we’re in the groundworks phase and using an innovative technique called rigid inclusions. In fact, we’ve installed over 700 of these inclusions to ensure the ground is stable and ready for the structure.
As part of our role, we’re serving as the Contract Administrators under the JCT form of contract for the project, including the rigid inclusion works and other upcoming phases. Our team member, Declan O’Riordan, is the named Contract Administrator overseeing all aspects of the project.
Looking forward, in the next two weeks, we’ll begin erecting the steel frame, and we’ll share more updates as the building starts to take shape. In the meantime, we’ve included some images of the rigid inclusion rig in action and the groundwork progress. Stay tuned for more updates!
