Our LRC project commenced at the beginning of August. Ascia have commenced on the initial soft strip before the extension and fit out commences under a D & B form of contract. Phase 1 is due for completion in mid September. We are acting as Project Managers, Employers Agent and Cost Consultants advising the college.
