With the project currently at RIBA Stage 1, our joint team will be working closely with the University to develop the design, establish a clear scope of works, and ensure that all aspirations are balanced against budget and programme requirements.
This is an exciting opportunity to support the University in upgrading its student residential estate, enhancing both the quality and sustainability of accommodation for future cohorts.
With a target completion date of June 2026, there is a lot of ground to cover but together with Drees & Sommer, we are confident in delivering a well-planned and collaborative outcome that meets the University’s expectations.
