Our role includes providing independent client-side project and programme support across a range of live and developing schemes. This includes assisting with project governance, brief development, stakeholder engagement, programme reporting, procurement strategy, consultant coordination, cost and risk oversight, and supporting the progression of projects through the Trust’s internal approval processes.
Cliftons Projects is also supporting the development of early-stage projects within the capital plan, helping to define scope, programme, risk, budget and delivery strategy so that schemes can progress in a structured and controlled manner.
This appointment reflects Cliftons Projects’ continued experience in the healthcare sector, where we provide clear, practical and commercially focused support to NHS clients operating within complex live estate environments.
