As Contracts Administrators , Cliftons Projects has been appointed to:
Administer and manage the building contract
Oversee change control and documentation
Advise on contractual risk and compliance
Monitor progress against programme, cost, and contract terms
Facilitate clear, consistent communication between parties
We provide structure, clarity and confidence helping the client maintain control while allowing the delivery team to focus on quality and performance on site.
Project Scope
Construction of a modern, fully serviced helicopter hangar
Dedicated crew facilities and technical accommodation
Secure operational spaces and mission planning rooms
Integration with HeliOperations’ wider estate for streamlined logistics and access
Strategic Importance
HeliOperations plays a vital role in the training and support of SAR and military helicopter operations, working with both UK and overseas defence clients. This facility is part of a long-term investment in capability supporting active contracts and future growth.
Located on the former Royal Navy Air Station at Portland, the site continues its legacy as a hub for aviation training excellence.
